DO NOT BUY THIS *** TRUST ME. The instructions are not clear!!!! No steps, no names for which cords, just a diagram! Also it brings one cord that is red&white on both sides.... The instruction says, you need 3 of those in order for the dvd to work, however it only brings one???? The bass is awfully trash. My bass from 2005 still sounds perfectly better, even after it was been used for 12 years. I tried to search the address that were in the instruction but it showed me a supermarket and plaza(none of the stores were electronic relevance.) If you see some guy trying to offer these speakers to you at a parking lot, just say ignore them!! Trust me, the next time I see them they will have a piece of my mind. (I have read quite a couple of reviews relevant to this company, first, all reviews are not positive and second they are mostly located at a home depot, which is where I got mine)

Ok, I live in Laurel Maryland I had two guys one white and fat the other black and skinny. The black guy said," hey do you want to buy a theater projecter" so I looked at him and said let me see it, oh by the way I was at the ATM, anyway I told the guys let move in the parking lot so I can see it.

So we pulled to the parking lot oh by the way they were driving a green van. Anyways so they told me the same story that they got to many of them and they needed to get rid of one. I asked a lot of questions and when I was looking up the devise we destructed me and ask me a question so that I wouldn't look up the devices up on the Internet, yes I said devices because at the and of the day I bought a Surroundsound system and a projecter. I don't want to say how much I spend but it was crazy.

When I got home I took everything out and plugged it in and everything worked. Even the projecter. I went on line to see the reviews and the prices on eBay or Amazon, I realized that it all was a scam. Man my heart dropped I couldn't believe it.

So I told my wife and she said "that's what you get". lol she's was right. Both systems work but there low quality, so if you come across these guys.

Please hold them there and at the same time call the police and keep them destracted till the police get there. Please who ever sees this please put a comment on there and tell me that their in jail please, anyway thanks for reading this and don't ever trust anyone in the street walking anything, thanks.

It's a speaker system...bought out of a van...in a parking lot...for $85...in Laurel...and you're surprised it didn't work well...AND you told your wife? I'm not sure whether I should applaud you or slap you at the same time; you're an enigma in your own right.

They have no contact point forcudtomer service or techy help, the box idoes not say you have to buy an applifier to make it work, I still can't figure out how it works by the ywo page psmlet thst comes with the hd-A6250S package. The only wiring diagram (after I purchased an amp for it) showswires to the speakers....dvd input output but no where does it have a plug for the amp to get power tothe unit and no one to ask how it works. Oh *** what did I expect buying in a parking lot out of a pickup!!!!! There is a sucker born every day and I win for this day. RIPOFF BY THIS COMPANY.

Got this audience acousyic hd 6250a, all i could do to hook it up was from speakers out on my audio receiver only. I couldn't get it to hook up to dvd players or anything else.

.. sounds good but not what i expected as in hook ups.

two guys one black one white in a white beat up van. Stopped me on the street in Washington DC. said they were installers of the system and said two many were ordered and they wanted to sell the extra one. I don't know what I was thinking. Well I guess I thought I was getting a good deal since they had the items boxed with nice graphics, a web site and a large ($3000 MSRP) price tag. He asked me to make an offer so I offer $500. Since I would go higher he agreed. He put the item in my car and I gave him the money. Tried to hook it up. The Bluetooth worked so I can play music from my smartphone but there is no way to connect the television. I can't believe I fell for this scam but I did. I know down the line they will reap their reward

I hope the original poster reads this but I bought a system from possibly the same guys hocking Audience Acoustics systems. But my experience was much different from yours and I might be able to solve your problem.

Just a reference they approached me on Pennsylvania Avenue when I was getting into my car which happened around October or November. They gave me the same story about the over purchased merchandise saying that they installed a few systems at GW College. Unlike the original poster I only paid 300 bucks for my system and I have a friend that fixes these things so I had a back up plan just in case. After deciding to keep it I installed in my media room and tried to hook it up to my PS4 but there was no display which is when I looked up troubleshooting for the issue when I found this post.

To the original poster if all of the speakers work but you are having issues with hooking up a device try a different HDMI cable. The one provided is either *** or just defective because when I used another cable it worked.

Audience Acoustics brand speaker systems/sound bar for televisions are absolute junk. Nothing more than a simple wood box with cheap speakers that can not be hooked up to a modern tv. You can make one in your garage for under $25. Do not be misled. They will not answer emails to customer support.
